Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These terms govern every project AssemLogic ("we", "us") delivers. By accepting a proposal or making a payment, you agree to them. They are written to be read — not to hide anything.

1. Scope of work

Every project starts with a written proposal describing exactly what will be delivered, for what price, and in what timeframe. The proposal is the single source of truth for scope.

Work outside the proposal (new pages, new features, extra revisions) is quoted separately before any extra work begins — you will never receive a surprise invoice.

2. Payments

Projects are paid 50% up front and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer, unless the proposal states otherwise. Care plans are billed monthly.

Prices exclude 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (4-hour window).

We may pause work on a project whose due invoice remains unpaid for more than 7 days.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide the content, brand material, and approvals needed for the project within reasonable time. Delays in providing them extend the delivery date accordingly.

You confirm that any content you provide (text, images, logos) does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Revisions & acceptance

Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated in its description. A delivered project is considered accepted when you approve it in writing, or 7 days after delivery if no issues are reported.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverable — the website, its design, and its content.

We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.

Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock assets) remain under their own licenses.

6. Third-party services

Hosting, domains, payment gateways, and similar services are contracted between you and the provider, in your name. We set them up and integrate them, but their fees, terms, and availability are theirs — we never hold your funds (see Payments & Billing).

7. Warranties & liability

We fix defects in delivered work free of charge during the support period included in your package.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are resolved amicably first; failing that, before the competent courts of the Kingdom.
