Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 17, 2026
We collect the minimum we need to answer your inquiry and improve this website — nothing more. This policy describes exactly what is collected and what happens to it, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
1. What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, message, and — only if you choose to provide them — phone number, project type, budget range, and how you heard about us.
Anonymous analytics: which sections of the site are viewed and clicked, grouped by a random session identifier stored in your browser's sessionStorage. We do not store your IP address with analytics events, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers or tracking cookies.
2. What we use it for
Contact details are used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage your project.
Analytics are used in aggregate to understand which parts of the site work and which don't.
3. What we never do
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. We never send marketing you didn't ask for.
4. Where data lives
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) protected by encrypted connections and access controls. Admin access is limited, role-based, and every administrative action is recorded in an audit log.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept while it is relevant to a current or potential business relationship. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), and we will, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPL you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Send your request through the contact form on the homepage and we will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Cookies
The public site sets no tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only for administrator login to the dashboard.
