We start once the first 50% is paid, and the rest is due on delivery. We take bank transfer, and if your site needs to accept payments from customers we'll set that up for you.

Here are the ones we get asked most, before anyone signs anything.

How long will my project take?

Usually somewhere between one and six weeks, depending on the size of it. The Launch package is normally live in about a week, and a full platform takes four to six. You'll have exact dates before we start.

Is there support after I get the site?

Yes. Every package comes with a free support period after launch. And if you'd rather not think about it at all, the monthly care plans cover maintenance, updates, and quick fixes for a small fee.

What do you need from me to start?

A short description of your business and what you want the site to do, your logo and colors if you have them, and a few sites whose look you like. That's enough for us to send you a proper plan.

How does payment work?

50% to start, 50% on delivery, by bank transfer. If your site needs to take payments from your own customers, we connect a licensed Saudi gateway like Moyasar or Tap.

Can I cancel and get my money back?

You can cancel within four hours of paying, no questions asked. After that we've already started and put time into your project, so the payment isn't refundable. The Refund Policy page has the details.

Will my site be in both Arabic and English?

Yes. Every site we build handles both properly, right down to the right-to-left layout. This one does too.
