Payments & Billing

This website does not collect card details or process online payments of any kind. Anything that looks like a checkout on this site does not exist — if you ever see one, it is not ours.

All payments are arranged directly with you in writing after you accept a proposal.

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account stated in your invoice: 50% to start the project and 50% on delivery, unless your proposal states otherwise.

Monthly care plans are invoiced at the start of each billing month.

Every payment is confirmed in writing with an invoice. Prices exclude 15% VAT unless stated otherwise.

If your project needs to accept online payments (e.g. an e-commerce store), we integrate a licensed Saudi payment gateway — such as Moyasar, Tap, or HyperPay — directly into your website.

The gateway account is opened in your business's name and the money flows directly from your customers to you. AssemLogic acts only as the technical integrator: we never hold your funds, and we never see or store your customers' card details.

Gateway fees and requirements (commercial registration, bank account) are set by the gateway provider, not by us — we guide you through their onboarding.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: a full refund is available within 4 hours of payment; after that, funds are committed to your project.
